The Details

01. Pick Your Plan

Three tiers built around how serious you are about your nutrition. Whether you're supplementing a few meals or going all-in every day, there's a plan for it.

  • Starter: 6–9 meals at $10.50/meal
  • Athlete: 10–13 meals at $9.50/meal
  • Elite: 14–16 meals at $8.50/meal
  • Cancel or change your plan any time

02. Choose Your Meals Weekly

Each week you'll get a message with the week's menu. Log in, pick which meals you want, and submit by Friday. You control what goes in your container.

  • Weekly menu sent every Monday
  • Select meals via your personal link
  • Reminder sent Wednesday if not submitted
  • Final reminder Friday before cutoff

We don't batch-cook weeks in advance. Every Saturday your meals are prepped from scratch using fresh ingredients. No preservatives, no reheated leftovers.

  • Ready for Sunday pickup

04. Sunday Pickup

Every Sunday, come grab your meals during the pickup window. Your order will be ready, labeled, and packed. Takes 5 minutes. Fuels your whole week.

  • Sunday pickup window: 10am – 2pm
  • Utah location (details in confirmation)
  • In and out in under 5 minutes
  • Meals stay fresh all week refrigerated
