No culinary school, no corporate backing, no frozen food warehouse. Just two guys who wanted real food that hits real macros — and built the system for themselves first.
Dry chicken out of a Ziploc. Frozen meals that cost $14 and taste like sadness. Or just... not eating well and wondering why the numbers weren't moving.
We built Gainz Train because we couldn't find what we actually wanted — fresh, high-protein meals with real macros, that didn't require two hours of meal prep on a Sunday, and didn't cost more than a gym membership per week.
So Jayson started making them. For himself, then for friends. Now for 130+ people every week in Utah County.
Jayson
Co-Founder • The Kitchen
Jayson has been meal prepping for himself for 4 years. Not because someone told him to — because he cared about what he was putting in his body and didn't want to guess. He spent years dialing in recipes that were high-protein, actually good-tasting, and trackable.
He handles everything that happens in the kitchen: recipe development, weekly prep, food sourcing, and quality. He's also the reason the food actually tastes good — he built this system because he wanted to eat well, not just eat right.
Brycen
Co-Founder • The System
Brycen handles everything outside the kitchen: the website, the ordering system, the subscriptions, the customer experience, and the marketing. He's also the reason Gainz Train runs as a real business and not just a weekend side hustle.
He's a builder by nature — whether it's a business, a system, or a process. Gainz Train is his way of making something that actually helps people stay consistent without adding more complexity to their week.
A few things we won't compromise on, no matter how fast we grow.
We don't freeze and ship. Everything is prepped on Saturday for Sunday pickup. That's not optional — it's the whole point.
We publish the actual numbers for every meal. If it doesn't hit the macro bar, it doesn't make the menu.
We want this to be something you can actually sustain. Not a luxury treat, not $15/meal. From $8.50 and competitive on purpose.
Performance eating shouldn't mean miserable eating. We care about flavor as much as macros. This is food you actually look forward to.
The best meal plan is the one you stick to. We built the system to make consistency the path of least resistance.
We're Utah County people, prepping for Utah County people. No warehouses, no national distribution center. Just us, a kitchen, and your Sunday pickup.
Pick your plan and join the people who show up every week.
